Emily Freeman Hobbs, Broker/Sales

Emily was born and raised in Evansville, IN. She graduated from Mater Dei HS in 2002 and earned a degree in Business Administration from USI in 2013. She joined the family business, Freeman, Will, & Niemeier Inc, in 2015.  Here she started working in property and casualty insurance, then moved into her current position handling employee benefits.

She married Jacob Hobbs, who is a local licensed contractor, in 2014 and had their daughter, Matilda, in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her family & friends, reading, cooking, and camping.

Emily gained her real estate license in 2024 and is a member of Southwest Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has a strong eye for design and has many years of overseeing real estate renovation. She has strength in the insurance domain and is excited to apply her professionalism to helping others in the Real Estate field as well. She looks forward to using her insurance expertise as well as having the decades of experience of locally-owned and respected Helfrich Realty behind her to help her clients sell their home or purchase the home of their dreams.
