Stephanie Helfrich Freeman, Broker

Stephanie has lived on the West/North West Side her entire life. She has been a part of the family business since she was 16 where she did secretarial and insurance work. She graduated from Mater Dei HS in 1991 and earned a degree in Visual Commutations from USI/Ivy Tech in 1995. After graduating from College, she worked in the Graphic Design/Art field. She married her High School sweetheart and decided that she wanted a more flexible work schedule while raising her growing family. That is when she decided to follow the family tradition and get involved in Real Estate Sales. She joined the Helfrich Sales team in 2000. Married to P. Evan Freeman, a CPA,PFS, with Freeman, Will & Niemeier & has 4 children, Ella, Dane, Alec and Tess. Stephanie is a member of St. Joe Catholic Church and is involved in many community organizations, volunteer works and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, decorating and watching sports (especially her kids).

As a member of the Indiana Association of Realtors and Evansville Board of Realtors, Stephanie has helped many people find their perfect home. She has been a member of the National Association of Realtors and a Licensed Broker since 1999. In 2016, she received her Principal Manager Broker License. Stephanie, a member of the Southern Indiana Association of Realtors became Owner in October 2020. Her Graphic Design field has served her well in marketing her client’s homes and creating ads, data sheets and working with other marketing tools. She has a knack for home staging and interior design. She loves working with others over the years and takes pride in the reputation and strong values that Helfrich has upheld since “1913”.
